The Maxi-Gaucho is made of food grade Heavy duty mild steel. All Our Grill are Hand made in the UK -Surrey. The maxi-Gauchos made with a V shape Grill to avoid dripping on to the coals and catching all the juices on a detachable drip tray, so no more burning food.
