After sampling many of the world's best peppers they decided to go with Chile de Arbol, prized for its complex, fresh flavours. The chillies and sauce are grown/made by their great friend Smokin' Ed Currie of Puckerbutt Pepper Co (also famous for creating Pepper X and Carolina Reaper, the hottest peppers in the world), who says it may be the tastiest hot sauce he's ever crafted.
