I have been using this kit for about six months and I am extremely satisfied with its performance, particularly when it comes to retaining heat inside my Weber 57cm kettle. The ceramic plates fit perfectly, even from the very first use, and I can confidently say they are one of the best I've ever used. They work wonders both in direct and indirect cooking modes - there's ample room to accommodate the kit when using a rotisserie with slightly narrower drip trays, which is ideal for me as long as I keep it stable enough. The only thing that prevents me from giving this kit five stars is the lack of sturdy pegs/supports for the actual food grill, but I've managed to find a solution by investing in a water/drip pan - a 40cm diameter and 3cm depth stainless steel pizza pan that has been a game-changer. It's perfectly sized, allowing me to place it under my Weber grill and cook/ smoke with ease. This setup is truly unique, offering unparalleled flexibility for indirect cooking methods without sacrificing half the space. The fact that I can now live inside my kettle during this time has opened up new possibilities for me - pretty much every indirect method I've tried since then requires me to remove it, which isn't ideal given the versatility of the kit.

I made an excellent choice on this product over others, mainly due to its versatility and ease of use. The cooking process was quite straightforward once I assembled it, and I was impressed by how well it retained heat even when it wasn't directly heated. It used significantly less charcoal than my trusty Weber grill, making it a great option for me.
