This BBQ uses charcoal baskets with Hybrid briquettes which gives all the great taste of charcoal cooking but the convenience of lighting it with gas. To light, turn the burners on high for around 15 minutes until the briquettes start to the ashen grey turn off the burners and the briquettes will continue to burn (much like charcoal).
