Glyn was introduced to the Caribbean hot pepper sauce taste at a very young age by his Father who was from Trinidad & Tobago. Later, he taught him how to cook and bottle it. Subsequently, Glyn has developed tasty new sauce recipes and made these available too, all produced by hand in small batches in North Norfolk.
