I'm really pleased with my new drum BBQ, which has definitely been worth the wait. I used to be pretty impressed with this product, but now I'm starting to get a little annoyed. The assembly was fairly decent and it cooks well, which is what you'd expect from a kitchen appliance like that. But the real problem is with the exterior - there were some pretty noticeable marks on the cover when it came out of the box.

I've had this thing for months now and I'm starting to see these same stains everywhere. They're not particularly deep or anything, just kind of...there. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to getting started with cooking again after it finally got to me.

I was really disappointed when I received my product, as it wasn't quite what I expected. However, I didn't expect a replacement part to be sent out without me even asking for one.

After speaking with the customer service team, they sorted out a minor quality issue that had arisen, and promptly dispatched a new part as required.
