The Original GBS cooking grate is now standard on many Weber grills, both charcoal and gas, or are available to retro-fit a Weber barbecue. The GBS can be used in the usual way or can have the 30cm central section removed to insert a wok, sear grate, griddle, pizza stone or poultry roaster.
